M.Sc. Jana Gonnermann-Müller is a scientific assistant at the Chair of Business Informatics, focusing on processes and systems. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Psychology at Humboldt University of Berlin.
Her research interests lie in the field of human-computer interaction, including learning, decision-making, and trust. Together with project partners from both industry and academia, she investigates how systems must be designed so that people enjoy working and learning with them.
In her projects, Jana employs rigorous methods such as experimental research designs and eye-tracking to explore the influence of cognitive factors on the use and design of augmented reality and AI assistance systems.
Additionally, Jana Gonnermann-Müller is part of the research group "Education for the Digital World" at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society. She successfully transfers her research topics through consulting activities related to designing and implementing corporate learning applications and change management within the introduction or change projects.
